The Transmission Company of Nigeria, (TCN) Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SACA) and Telecommunication technical team are holding its third quarter Key Performance Indicator (KPI) fault reviews on equipment functionality.
The two-day workshop which started on Wednesday October 4, 2023 and to end on Thursday 5th is holding at the Company's corporate headquarters in Abuja.
Speaking while delivering his welcome address, the General Manager, Transmission Service, Engr. Balarabe Abdullahi said the essence of the workshop was to discuss issues that affect the company's daily technical operations.
While commending the team for their commitment and efforts put into delivering on their mandates, he urged them to be open minded in discussing and proffering solutions to challenges associated with SCADA and telecommunication in the company.
Earlier, the Assistant General Manager, Communication, Corporate Headquarters, Engr. Ahmed Ihedioha in his opening remarks, thanked the team for turning up for the meeting even as he encouraged them to support the efforts of the Communication division to restructure technical services.
Also speaking, the Assistant General Manager, Communication and Maintenance, National Control Centre, Oshogbo, Engr. mogah Daniel called for synergy to ensure more effective maintenance and monitoring of the grid to achieve stability.
