Meet TCN's New Executive Directors

President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointment of four new Executive Directors for the Transmission Company of Nigeria, TCN.

This was contained in a statement by the Special Adviser to the President on Media& Publicity, Chief Ajuri Ngelale.

The new Executive Directors are, Engr. Oluwagbenga E.A. Ajiboye -- Executive Director, Transmission Service Provider, Engr. Nafisatu Asabe Ali -- Executive Director, Independent System Operations, Ochije Ogini Chukwuka -- Executive Director, Finance & Accounts and Abiodun Foluso Afolabi -- Executive Director, Human Resources & Corporate Services.

Engr. Oluwagbenga E.A. Ajiboye -- Executive Director, Transmission Service Provider

Before their appointments, the new Executive Directors were all General Managers in charge of related divisions in the company. While Oluwagbenga was the General Manager Transmission Service , Nafisatu was the General Manager in charge of System Operations. 

Engr. Nafisatu Asabe Ali -- Executive Director, Independent System Operations,

Ochije on the other hand, until his appointment, was the General Manager, Audit while Abiodun who was acting as Executive Director Human Resources &  Corporate Services before her confirmation was the General Manager, Human Resources& Corporate Services, Independent System Operation.

Ochije Ogini Chukwuka -- Executive Director, Finance & Accounts

Abiodun Foluso Afolabi -- Executive Director, Human Resources & Corporate Services.

Ajuri, in the statement announcing their appointments said that "the President expects that these Nigerians who have been appointed on the strength of their experience, competence level, qualifications, character, and dedication will commit themselves wholly to realizing the innovative and expansive energy vision of his administration, in addition to delivering consistently excellent service to the Nigerian people".
