The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN), Engr. (Dr.) Sule Ahmed Abdulaziz, has tasked the heads of Human Resources in the company with ensuring unified and consistent procedures that reflect the same standards of professionalism and accountability in the implementation of its policies across the company's 10 regions.
Engr. Abdulaziz made his remarks on Monday, February 16, 2026, while declaring open a 3-day Workshop for Heads of HR in TCN themed "Aligning HR Practices and Procedures across TCN", at the corporate headquarters, Abuja.
According to him, “consistency in HR practices is not a luxury, but a necessity”, and pledged management's commitment to providing the enabling environment for the department to take its place as a strategic driver of the company's success.
The workshop, which featured paper presentations, was attended by the Executive Director (ED), Human Resources and Change Management, Mrs Abiodun Afolabi, the Executive Director Transmission Service Provider, Engr. Dr. Oluwabenga Ajiboye, as well as all heads of HR in TCN.
