The Management of Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN)has commended the Senior Staff Association of Electricity and Allied Companies (SSAEAC), CHQ, Branch Executives for maintaining peace and industrial harmony in the company despite several challenges in the system.
The Executive Director, Human Resources and CorporateServices, Mrs Abiodun Afolabi, gave the commendations at the First Quarter 2026 Consultative Committee Meeting between TCN Management and the Branch Executives of SSEAC on Wednesday, 25th March 2026, at the corporate headquarters, Abuja.
According to her, the meeting provided an opportunity for both management and union executives to discuss issues that affect operations, security and staff welfare across the country.
The CHQ Branch President of SSAEAC expressed appreciation to the management for notable strides in staff welfare. Key highlights included the successful conclusion of the 2025 promotion exercise, among others. While commending management, the branch president reaffirmed the union's commitment to discipline, stating that indiscipline or abnormal behaviour from staff won't be tolerated.
