The Management of the Transmission Company of Nigeria, TCN, and the SSAEAC Branch Executive held the Second Quarter Consultative Meeting today, 8th July 2026, at the TCN Headquarters, Abuja.
The meeting was led by the Executive Director, Human Resources & Corporate Services, Mrs. Abiodun Afolabi-Fadahunsi, on behalf of Management. Members of the Union were led by the Branch Chairman, SSAEAC, Comrade Raymond Okoro. Discussions focused on reviewing the Company's operations in the second quarter and deliberating on issues affecting staff welfare, service delivery, and industrial harmony.
Speaking during the meeting, Mrs. Afolabi-Fadahunsi reaffirmed Management's commitment to staff welfare and open dialogue. She urged both parties to continue working together to ensure the stability of the company and improved service delivery. The Union leadership commended Management for its responsiveness. Both parties agreed to follow up on all resolutions reached and sustain regular engagements in the interest of the organization and its workforce.
