TCN Transmission News
The Transmission Company of Nigeria, TCN, wishes to inform the public that the 100MVA power transformer at the 132/33kV Apo Transmission Substation which tripped this morning has been restored.
This was after comprehensive tests and maintenance were carried out on the transformer. Restoration was at about 7:33pm today.
Consequently, the affected 33kV feeders H31, H33, H35, and H37 are now back in service and bulk power supply to AEDC customers on the affected feeders have been fully restored.
TCN appreciates the patience of customers during the outage and remains committed to stable power transmission.
