TCN Transmission News
The Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) wishes to inform the public that bulk power has been successfully restored through Uyo/Itu 132KV Transmission line, after the completion of annual preventive maintenance at about 8:15pm yesterday, October 31, 2026.
The maintenance exercise which led to interruption of supply yesterday at 10am was to enable TCN maintenance crew carry out annual preventive maintenance on the Uyo/Itu 132kV Transmission line.
Port Harcourt Electricity Distribution Company (PHEDC) can now off-take electricity for onward distribution to its customers in Eket, Ikot -Abasi, Etinan, Ikot Ekpene, Onna and Uyo Complex.
TCN apologises for any inconvenience experienced by the affected areas during this maintenance.
