The Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) hereby announces its upcoming scheduled preventive maintenance on the 75MVA Reactor and 60MVA power transformer at the 330/132kV Molai Transmission Substation. This maintenance is planned for Thursday, October 19, 2023, and will be conducted from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
As a result of this maintenance work, Yola Disco (YEDC) will be unable to provide electricity to its customers in MOLAI, Borno State, for a duration of eight hours on the mentioned date.
We emphasize that regular maintenance of transmission equipment is critical to ensure optimal performance. We apologize for any inconvenience this will cause electricity consumers in the affected areas within the 8- hour period.
