The newly appointed Commander of the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) Base, Kaduna, Air Commodore D.E Bello, paid a courtesy visit to the General Manager (Transmission) of the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN), Kaduna Region, at the Kaduna Regional Office in Mando on March 13, 2026.
The visit was aimed at strengthening institutional ties and enhancing collaboration between the Nigerian Air Force and TCN.
During the meeting, discussions focused on strategies to protect critical power transmission infrastructure within the region. Both parties stressed the importance of closer collaboration between security agencies and critical national utilities to safeguard vital assets from vandalism and other security threats.
The engagement reaffirmed the commitment of Nigerian Air Force and TCN towards ensuring the safety of the nations ' power transmission network.
