The Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) hereby states that its maintenance crew will carry out scheduled annual maintenance on one of its 60MVA 132/33KV transformers at Ibadan-North Transmission Substation today, Thursday, March 12, 2026, from 10 am to 5 pm.
Consequently, Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company (IBEDC) will be unable to off-take electricity from the said transformer to its customers in AKINGBILE, ASEJIRE, LABO and NBL for seven hours.
TCN apologises for any inconvenience this may cause electricity consumers in the affected areas.
Kindly note that the power Interruption is necessary to create a safe working environment for TCN maintenance crew.
