The Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) wishes to inform the public about an annual preventive maintenance on Katampe-Gwarinpa 132/33kV Line 2 bay switchgears and associated equipment, on Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 10:00am to 4:00pm.
As a result, the Abuja Electricity Distribution Company (AEDC) will be unable to offtake power supply to customers in parts of Dawaki, Dutse Alhaji, parts of Gwarinpa, parts of Kubwa, Arab Road, Bwari, Mopol Barracks, Jiwa, Suleja Township, FCT College of Education, Field Base, Madalla, Zuba and environs.
TCN applogises for any inconvenience this scheduled maintenance wil cause electricity consumers in the affected areas.
