TCN Transmission News
The Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN), hereby informs the public that its maintenance crew will carry out a planned maintenance on Gombe-Damaturu-Molai 330kV line 1 on Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 10:00am to 2:00pm.
The maintenance exercise will enable TCN contractors work on Power Line Carrier (PLC) and rehabilitate the SCADA system on the transmission line.
As a result, Yola Electricity Distribution Company (YEDC) will be unable to off-take electricity to customers in DAMATURU and environs during the maintenance.
TCN apologises for the inconvenience this will cause electricity consumers in the affected areas.
