The Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN), wishes to inform the public that its maintenance crew will carry out scheduled maintenance on its 100MVA Power transformer and associated switchgear at the 132/33kV Katampe 1 transmission substation on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
Consequently, Abuja Electricity Distribution Company (AEDC) will be unable to off-take electricity for onward supply to their customers in parts of Wuse II, Maitama, Life Camp and environs for the period of the maintenance.
TCN apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause electricity customers in the affected areas.
